The bungalow consists of a lounge, dining kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, three bedrooms
(Two double, one twin) and an inside storeroom.
There is an open fire and electric fire in the lounge and a Rayburn and electric heater in the kitchen. All the bedrooms have storage heaters.

Facilities provided include colour TV, video, hi-fi, cot, high chair, fridge/freezer, automatic washer, microwave, electric cooker, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a pay phone.

Outside there is a large garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, and parking for three cars.

All fuel, electric, linen, (duvets and blankets) and towels are included in the rental.

The bungalow has a natural spring water supply, which is tested annually.
